Addison Plume, PAC

I am originally from Baltimore County, Maryland, and am excited to begin my career as a Physician Assistant at Beacon Pediatrics. I attended the University of Bridgeport for my undergraduate studies and then earned a Master of Public Health while playing Division II lacrosse. I went on to complete a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lock Haven University, where I had several pediatric clinical rotations, including general pediatrics, pediatric dermatology, and psychology, with predominantly a pediatric patient population.

As the oldest of three girls, caring for others has always been a part of my life. My family always knew I would pursue a career in healthcare, and I loved helping care for my younger sisters and cousins growing up. Choosing pediatrics felt natural, as it allows me to combine my passion for medicine with my love for working with children and supporting families.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, and cooking. I believe medicine is a lifelong journey of learning, and I am dedicated to continually growing so I can provide the highest quality care for patients. I look forward to forming lasting relationships with patients and their families and partnering with them as their children grow.
